We have a line of plastics with P-Life / Go Green biodegradable technology.

Produced with P-Life technology, oxy-biodegradable plastic is a sustainable plastic alternative, with renewable 100% resin, coming from sugar cane, resulting in ecologically correct plastic pieces, in line with the concept of “clean carbon”, preserving all the properties and quality required of plastic, as well as keeping it suitable for recycling.

Obiodegradable plastic, despite being made from Polyethylene or Polypropylene, derived from petroleum or Ethanol, contains an additive that accelerates its degradation.

Approved in tests carried out - in accordance with standards BS 8472, ASTM 6954-04, among others - o Oxy-biodegradable plastic also sums up its use in a recyclable process, like conventional plastics, in its pre-degradation phase.

This technology is available in a variety of models and tapón colors.

ABOUT GO GREEN:

In summary, it can be said that Go Green is a resin obtained through a pro-degradation process, based on fatty acids (derived from coconut oil), sodium carbonates and lubricants, capable of converting naphtha derivatives (polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, polystyrene and other polymers) into biodegradable products.

International certification

P-Life, an organic active component of Go Green resin, is the only biodegradable in the world certified by the SP Technical Research Laboratory, which complies with the “ASTM D 6954-4” standard with international certification.

GO GREEN IN THE PLASTICS INDUSTRY:

Go Green Resin can be added to the production process without having to change the formula and without having to adapt the production media and/or processes of extrusion, blowing, injection, thermoforming or rotomolding.

Another advantage is that Go Green Resin, in addition to not offering risks, does not alter the main properties of plastic, such as its resistance, transparency, watertightness, permeability and printing, and does not affect its final cost.

USEFUL LIFE OF BIODEGRADABLE PRODUCTS

With a lifespan of at least 2 years, it can also be customized for a longer period, according to the needs of each client.

Another aspect that makes products made from Go Green resin reliable is that their degradation - and subsequent biodegradation - cycle begins when the material is discarded and comes into contact with the environment.
